I started training with Nicki after having my son. It was the best experience and smartest thing I have done for my health! After having my son the postpartum kicked in and my husband was in another country for work and life seemed heavy! Thankfully Finding Nicki and dedicating to new life choices this put me in a path that transformed me for the best mentally and physically!

I DESPISE working out, but when I reached the highest weight of my life, I knew I needed to make a change. Before meeting Nicki, I had never worked with a personal trainer, and I was always super intimidated by lifting at the gym on my own. She was so supportive, continuously sure to answer all my questions and listen to my concerns, and always made me feel super comfortable when working with her.

I have been passionate about all things health and fitness-related for over 13 years. I am a certified personal trainer. I am working towards my pre and post-natal and nutrition certifications. I was someone who needed to be made aware of how to train correctly and wasted many hours in the gym. After learning how to train myself with proper technique and healing my relationship with food, I have loved getting to help other people do the same. I aim to help you create foundational habits that improve every aspect of your life.
