About Nicki

from a personal fitness journey to a full time business

There has always been a part of me that wanted to have a deep understanding of my training and workouts. From the science behind certain muscle groups to the importance of rest days- you could label me as a "enthusiast".

I wanted to be able to train as effectively and efficiently as possible to achieve my goals and I loved getting to put all of my knowledge to use. After I had solidified a way of training for myself, I started helping other people achieve their goals. 

Turns out- helping people achieve the balanced lifestyle they've been working towards is my dream come true.

Goals

The health and fitness goals that I am working towards are constantly evolving. I am continuing to foster a balanced routine that supports my busy life.  In the midst of getting married, moving cities, and leaving the country for two weeks, my goal is to stay active to maintain strength and aerobic capacity. I am actively preparing my body for pregnancy and building sustainable habits that promote long term success.

Mission

My mission is for women to feel confident and strong before pregnancy and feel equipped to incorporate movement during and after pregnancy. There is so much misinformation about fitness and pregnancy, and I aim to show a healthy way to incorporate the two. I am passionate about long term success, and the habits I incorporate with my clients will benefit them in all stages of life. I want women to get off the weightloss rollercoaster and keep the weight off. 

My clients loved online training. I loved the ability to share more of my knowledge and track more metrics, and I was pleasantly surprised that my clients saw more progress when I became more available to them. 

I was making all of the right choices, but I still wasn't seeing the progress I wanted to.

Once I looked at how I was changing my life, I laid out my own method. I have had so much success with this method and have been so blessed to see others benefit from the FRAME Method. I fully believe that if you make small steps in the right direction, you will frame your future! Being consistent and disciplined in the things I teach will lead to lifelong success, rather than temporary and quick results.

I love working with women who feel trapped. They restrict all day and eat “healthy” just to obsess over food all day. I was in that place, and I felt hopeless. I share the tips and tricks that helped me quit binge eating and remove my cravings.

I preach consistency and habit-building that gets results. I will not tell you to be in the gym 6-7 days a week at 5 am. I work with schedules and encourage daily movement and how it works for you and your schedule. When you implement the FRAME Method, you will see the excess fat drop off.
