I can completely customize your workout program for your situation! If you prefer to pick up a few dumbbells and stay in one spot at a gym, I got you. I you have a home gym set up, I will work with the equipment you have. If you have access to a gym, then I will incorporate the provided equipment into your program. 

Do I need to be a member at a gym?

I focus on building strong and sustainable nutrition habits, but I do not focus on macro counting. I will provide recipes and nutrition social media accounts that I love. I do not provide mean plans or personalized macro counts. 

What kind of nutrition is provided? 

We will be communicating throughout the week about various things and I am available for any questions you have outside of your check ins. Monthly, you will complete a few questions about how everything is going and we will set up a zoom call to discuss it all. Here is where we will cover educational pieces, review habits and current programming, and thoroughly review progress. 

How often do we communicate? 

I am going to gather information about your current health and fitness journey and hear what you are working towards. I will ask questions about your lifestyle, commitment, struggles, etc so I can suggest what I think would be the best fit for you. I will share a brief description of my method, and what you can expect when we work together.
